To do so, we have availed of the experience of the well-known French landscape artist Mathieu Lèbre, who is responsible for elegant and mould-breaking projects among which are: the Catalogue of the Gardens of the Alhambra in Granada, the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Marrakech and the Dolmens Site in Antequera, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2016.
A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
The development has two pools: one outdoor and a heated indoor one which, thanks to the great window which can be slid into the wall, merges into the garden in front of it. Likewise, proprietors will be able to avail of a spa area with sauna, Turkish bath, thermal shower and a perfectly equipped gymnasium.
UNICO Benahavis will also be the first cardio-protected residential complex in the area, thanks to the installation of a mobile defibrillator with geolocation and personalised 24h telephone assistance.

A sophisticated and qualified team of professionals who have thought things through down to the last detail has been involved: the studio Milet Oliver for the architecture, Mathieu Levre in charge of the landscaping, Kerstin Schacht looking after the décor, and these have been joined by leading companies from the most diverse sectors related to construction to round off this project which is so special.
